Golden Pothos

Golden Pothos is often the first plant people successfully keep alive, and it’s easy to see why. Its trailing vines and cheerful yellow-and-green leaves look great cascading off a bookshelf, high cabinet, or hanging planter.

It adapts to nearly any lighting condition and can even grow happily in a jar of water if you’d rather skip the soil altogether.

Care level: Very easy. Water when the topsoil feels dry, trim leggy vines to encourage fuller growth, and keep in low to bright indirect light.
